A Natural Idea of Ultimate Leadership

There are books, conferences and endless discussions concerning leadership, and the best way to do it.

And I must confess some concepts make sense and others do not.

This first statement is not really helpful to anyone, I guess, but I just wanted to get an introduction.

In my opinion, a decent way of getting a good example for brilliant and ultimate leadership is to take the best and biggest model from nature.

I do love nature and the learning possibilities it offers.

So, what is the biggest leader in nature?

Think, think, think...

In my opinion, it is the sun.

The sun is absolutely amazing, and in our solar-system definetely the ultimate leader, the one who is executing ultimate leadership.

Without the sun, hardly any life would even be possible.

And what is the sun doing?

The sun is shining.

It is spreading its warmth and light, it is never judging, condemning or punishing, it is just shining.

Ok, if you do not respect the sun, you might get an occasional sunburn, but compared to the view over the reflections on the water... it is a small price, and usually self-imposed.

Okay, I guess - for now - this is enough food for your mind worth thinking about, especially if you have not been able to feel the taste of leadership, or have always been mislead.

Meditate the issue, and maybe you will become a sun-like leader, which I will appreciate, because - in my opinion - the world could need more leaders like the sun.
