Living Long and Healthy by Thinking in the Right Way

If you want to live a long and healthy and prosperous life that is also of value to others you need to learn how to think properly, you need to learn the art of thinking in the right way.

Because if you master this art, you will begin to create your own life rather than being a victim of it.


If you begin getting aware of your thoughts you will start realizing how many thoughts are wandering there without you having been aware of it.

And how often thoughts are leading you to actions and feelings, you would have never done, nor felt, if you would have been more aware at the moment of the arising of the thought.

Thought ultimately creates our reality, and especially within our bodys, so thinking the right thought about your health and well being is of vital importance in order to live a long and healthy life.

Thoughts never create instantely, there is always a gap between the thinking of thoughts and the actual manifestation.

This is a good thing, as it gives you the opportunity to change your mind and start thinking differently, before it ultimately manifests.


Concerning your health, thinking in the right way and thoughts like the following might feel good to you:

I am healthy.

The whole universe wants me to be healthy and alive.

The cells of my body are always finding balance in every circumstance to support the perfect functioning of my body.

Feeling good is natural to me.

Ease is health, the other is dis-ease.

To be healthy and alive is the natural and only normal state of being.

I think you got the idea by now.

Important is that the thought feels good to you, because some thoughts feel good to someone else, but not to you, so this is not a thought worth thinking for you.

But a thought that feels good to you is the one you want to keep thinking, as long as it feels good.

Nothing will change over night, so do not worry, just get happy.

Thinking in the right way does not happen over night.

This thought monitoring with your feeling ability is something you need to practise.

The more you practise it the better you get at it, and the easier it will become for you.

One last important thing, results will come, and they will come fast once you reach a tipping point, but until you reach that tipping point, you need to keep going.

Try to look less on results and what happens out there, but focus on feeling good.
